There are extending legs for extra additional stability (included) and there are post to accept gym bar bell weights (optional).
However, it is up to the owner or dancer to make the decision if weight should be added dependant on the dancer and style of use.
X-Stage is delivered with everything need to assemble.
Please note the X-Stage as delivered requires a minimum ceiling height of 3050mm.
The pole tube can be cut to fit smaller ceilings.
